What’s Next for our House

So with all the major stuff out of the way, whats next? Oh trust me, we have plans. Here is a basic outline:
- Add a real walkway to our frontdoor
- Fix the gate on the fence.
- Move the fence on the sideyard to the front edge.
- Bring in dirt to level and properly slope away from the foundation
- Repair gutters that leak
- Clean up weeds and junk growing up in the chain-link fence
- Replace weatherstripping on exterior doors
- Replace back porch fan
- Rip out half dead tree in front yard
- Plant more trees in backyard
- Stain wooden fence
- Clean up old sandbox, create a garden
- Remove sawed off posts from ground
- Wire up each room to ethernet
- Setup speakers in garage
- Wire up surround in livingroom
- Setup theater system in livingroom
- Dig out window wells
- Remove bushes on sides of garage
- Re landscape by front window
